CATERING
Our in-house catering team takes pride in delivering a full-service experience, offering a diverse buffet menu designed to suit every taste. With years of experience, our team ensures that every dish served at your event meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
We also understand that some guests may have special dietary requirements. To accommodate these needs, we kindly request that all dietary requests are communicated to us in advance, so we can ensure every guest is catered for safely and deliciously.
GUEST COUNT
Our venue accommodates 30–60 guests for functions. Please ensure you are familiar with the minimum guest requirement for your chosen day. Specific details for Team Building and Conference events are outlined in their respective packages.
DECOR
We recommend Events Inspirations, our onsite décor specialist, who offers a wide variety of options to suit your event’s style. Please ensure that nothing is nailed, stuck to walls, or otherwise damages the property-help us keep the space beautiful for everyone.
MUSIC AT YOUR EVENT
We want your celebration to feel vibrant and memorable, with music that sets the perfect mood. Sound will be carefully monitored throughout the event-background music can be enjoyed outside, but bass is not permitted. All doors will remain closed to ensure the sound enhances the atmosphere without disturbing our neighbours. Our goal is to create the perfect vibe while keeping the environment enjoyable for everyone around.
We collaborate with a selection of DJs who understand the importance of perfect sound levels and creating an unforgettable atmosphere through music. Speak to us for a tailored recommendation.
BREAKAGES & DAMAGES DEPOSIT
A R5,000 deposit is required to cover any unexpected breakages or damages during your event. This also helps cover any unplanned overtime—because we know sometimes the celebration is just too good to end on time!
